Most of my life I've been wondering "What am I here for, what is my purpose?"
At school, I was so envious of the kids who knew without a doubt what they wanted to be/do with their lives. As I've aged, it's worried me more and more! Here I am at 20, 25, 30 and I still don't know what I want to be "when I grow up"!
I'm happy to announce that today, this is no longer a concern for me! Does that mean I've finally grown up?...I hope not! (High 5!!) It does mean that I have journeyed to the place I needed to get to! So I could reach the fork in the road, and allow myself to be led towards the correct path. It's empowering and liberating all at the same time, and downright scary...but it just feels right!
I'm being deliberately obtuse here, because the path I am on is probably not like yours, and I know how easy it is to get sucked into something that seems "a good idea at the time" or "right... for right now".If you have a similar concern as I did, allow yourself to open up to the opportunities and possibilities, and you too can find your purpose.
