Following our trip to Ladysmith last year, Wendy Coetzee of Learning Identity invited Dave to speak about ADHD to teachers and parents in Estcourt a lovely little town in the Natal Midlands.

Drakenview Primary School hosted us and what a lovely school it is. It was a delight to see such a beautifully maintained school with a dedicated principal Mr Coetzee and his passionate staff. Wendy, a powerhouse of energy even found time to bake bucket loads of the most yummy muffins apparently using 1 x 6 hole muffin pan. I salute you Wendy. You are a star.
We had been concerned that attendance was going to be limited because of the current SADTU Teachers Strike but 120 Educators and several parents decided to attend regardless.
Wendy and Jenna each spoke passionately about their products and services and then as usual Dave was in fine form as he entertained the teachers with an informative yet humorous talk on ADHD and its complexities.
An added bonus for Dave and I was being able to enjoy a drive to one of the loveliest parts of South Africa and see snow capped mountains heralding an early winter.
We look forward to future trips where we can train LADD Group Leaders.
