One of the greatest problems for those with ADHD is learning to manage our time. Estimating how long something will take seems to be impossible for many of us.
Always being late is one of the biggest complaints we hear from those who live with or alongside ADHD. Others who have become obsessive about not being late are frequently far too early for appointments.
Because we are so distracted we either have the attention span of a flea, especially if it is something we are not interested in, or we go to the other extreme and hyperfocus getting so wrapped up in what we are doing that we ignore the rest of the world. Not great for personal relationships is it?
Time Timers are a great way to help your children work on tasks for a specified time. Many educators use them in the classrooms and Presenters use them to keep them on time when doing talks as well.
